Rawia Abdel Samad is the founder of Beituti, a Cleveland-based Lebanese American food brand bringing Middle Eastern flavors to modern kitchens through clean ingredient sauces, marinades, and baking mixes. Originally from Lebanon, Rawia previously worked in management consulting before turning her passion for food, culture, and hospitality into a business focused on making Middle Eastern cooking more accessible and approachable.
