Join us in the Gingham kitchen for our next Local Maker Series for an intimate evening of Lebanese cooking and hospitality with local maker Rawia of Beituti Lebanese Food. Together, we’ll learn the heart and traditions behind the flavors of traditional Lebanese cuisine through a hands-on experience centered around gathering, sharing, and cooking together. The evening will center around mezze boards for snacking and mingling around the kitchen, with a spread of Lebanese bites prepared alongside our guest host. Reservations are required and are non-refundable.

Meet The Maker
Rawia Abdel Samad is the founder of Beituti, a Cleveland-based Lebanese American food brand bringing Middle Eastern flavors to modern kitchens through clean ingredient sauces, marinades, and baking mixes. Originally from Lebanon, Rawia previously worked in management consulting before turning her passion for food, culture, and hospitality into a business focused on making Middle Eastern cooking more accessible and approachable.  

Introducing our Maker Series Cooking Classes, which are all about gathering in the kitchen with the local makers we love. In these intimate classes, you’ll learn authentic recipes, cook with their products, and hear the stories behind them. It’s a hands-on, relaxed experience that brings a little more connection—and a lot of flavor—to the table.
