Meet The Maker
Rachel Morse created Mappina Bakery and was inspired by recipes passed down through her grandmother, Cecelia, and great-grandmother Rachel. Rachel founded Mappina Bakery after being diagnosed with celiac disease and needing gluten-free versions of the family treats she loved. Today she creates scratch-made gluten-free baked goods rooted in Italian tradition, bringing classic cookies like pizzelle and biscotti to Northeast Ohio.

Introducing our Maker Series Cooking Classes, which are all about gathering in the kitchen with the local makers we love. In these intimate classes, you’ll learn authentic recipes, cook with their products, and hear the stories behind them. It’s a hands-on, relaxed experience that brings a little more connection—and a lot of flavor—to the table.
