We expanded our services by opening a gourmet prepared foods market located just next door to our cooking school. Join us in the Gingham kitchen for our next Local Maker Series for an intimate evening of Lebanese cooking and hospitality with local maker Rawia of Beituti Lebanese Food. Together, we’ll learn the heart and traditions behind the flavors of traditional Lebanese cuisine through a hands-on experience centered around gathering, sharing, and cooking together. The evening will center around mezze boards for snacking and mingling around the kitchen, with a spread of Lebanese bites prepared alongside our guest host. Reservations are required and are non-refundable.
