COOK WITH US

  • Looking to perfect your Wiener schnitzel for Oktoberfest? Or perhaps you’re ready to try your hand at hand-made pasta? Either way, doesn’t a meal just taste better knowing that you made it? Every Friday evening, bring your friends and your appetite and join us for our Supper Club cooking class. The menu changes monthly and features seasonal specialties and international themes.

You’ll participate in two-hours of hands-on cooking and then enjoy the fruits of your labor during a sit-down, full-service, four-course dinner… the very one you just made! With a dash of cooking and a pinch of connecting, our Supper Club is the perfect recipe for picking up some new cooking techniques and enjoying a Friday night with friends.

    Reservations are required.

  • In these two new series at Gatherings Kitchen, single cooking classes are offered that highlight a cultural event, celebrate a holiday, introduce you to local makers and their craft, or guide you through learning an expert-level skill.

During Celebrate events, we feature a Supper Club-style menu with cuisine that honors the occasion.

In our Kitchen Craft classes, we offer you the opportunity to focus on one technique or dish with instruction from our team of talented chefs and external partners. This includes skills such as cheese making, holiday cookie baking, sausage making, and more.

  • No schoolbooks, sweater vests or mean girls required. Our Prep School is comprised of five, four-hour classes over a 5-week period, and will arm you with techniques that will change the way you cook (and eat!) forever. Throughout the course, you’ll learn dozens of cooking techniques and terms including braising, roasting, grilling, sautéing, poaching, steaming, blanching, stocks, soups, seasonings, sauces, salads, yeast breads, pasta and desserts. To sum it up, Prep School will do just that; prepare you for whatever recipe may come your way.
